Dear people of Ukraine,

It’s been more than a year of the imperialist russia waging war against the peaceful and democratic Ukraine. Yet the aggressor’s efforts pale in comparison to the determination of the Ukrainian people and the hope in their eyes. The hope of defeating the aggressor, the hope of living peacefully in their lands, and the hope of becoming a part of the united Europe.

The Lithuanian judicial community, in solidarity with the courts in Ukraine, has been actively supporting its Ukrainian colleagues and contributing to the activities of non-governmental organizations supporting the Ukrainian resistance for months. 

We all hold a duty to contribute to the hope of the Ukrainian people to be free in their land and to stand firm, not giving in to the brutal russian aggression and propaganda.

We strongly support you in your fight for your freedom, and ours.
